“Where to Keep a Memory” is a contemplative picture book that invites readers to reflect on the places where memories live. Through a sequence of visual “zooms”, the book travels from the vastness of a galaxy down to a small seashell. Without a central character or a traditional narrative structure, the reader becomes the protagonist, gradually discovering spaces that might hold something meaningful. By the end of the journey, the answer remains open. A memory might live inside a seashell, but it might also live inside any object that connects us to a lived moment that suddenly awakens a feeling, a place, or a person. The book ultimately suggests that the act of remembering is as vast and infinite as the universe itself.
